The GDC number is a unique registration number issued by the General Dental Council (GDC) to all registered dental professionals in the UK. To obtain your GDC number, you must first apply for registration with the GDC. This involves submitting an application form, providing proof of your qualifications, and meeting the GDC’s requirements for competency and good standing. Our team provides all the assistance you need to send off your application and we will cover the entire cost.

Performer Numbers are issued to each dentist through the local NHS Area Team upon obtaining registration on the NHS Performers List. The Performer Number is necessary to practise NHS Dentistry in order to provide treatment for patients under an NHS Contract. Our onboarding team assists dentists throughout this process, from application form to document submission, including advice on additional requirements.

Dental indemnity provides insurance coverage against claims of negligence or malpractice. To apply, choose an indemnity provider and select a policy that aligns with the General Dental Council (GDC) requirements. Having dental indemnity ensures financial protection and legal support in case of disputes or patient complaints.

Mentorship provides supervision by a qualified mentor to help Associates gain unconditional NHS Performers List registration. This mentorship fast-tracks your path to becoming a high-performing, high-earning dental professional.

Yes, you can apply with a provisional, temporary, or mock degree, and you don’t need to return to your university; we can start your application from anywhere as long as we have the necessary documentation and signatures.

You’re exempt from IELTS if your dental degree, taught and examined in English, was obtained within the last two years; otherwise, you need a minimum score of 6.5 in each section and an overall band of 7.

On average it takes 6-7 months for the entire process until the day you start working in the UK, but it varies from case to case basis. The general timeline is as follows:

IELTS takes 1-2 months, 

GDC Application takes 2-3 months, 

The NHS application and Visa process takes 2-3 months.

We currently offer three development programmes designed to provide our associates with the necessary skills and expertise required to excel in their chosen clinical pathway:

1. Associate Development Programme (3 years duration)
2. Cosmetic Development Programme (5 years duration)
3. Implant Development Programme (5 years duration)

Earnings depend on the programme an associate signs up for. On average, a dentist can expect the following:

Mentorship = £50,000 to £70,000

Year 1 = £70,000 to £90,000

Year 2 = £90,000 to £110,000

These minimum earnings can be increased based on the amount of UDA’s (Unit of Dental Activity) and/or private work completed.

The locations offered depend on both availability at the time and the preferences of each associate. We ensure that each associate has a minimum of four locations to choose from before making a commitment.
